Emily Toomey (Gilbert) possesses extensive experience in corporate finance and institutional banking, currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Bank of New Zealand since April 2019, after holding the position of Associate Director in the same division. Emily began her career as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh, one of New Zealand's leading law firms, from February 2011 to April 2014, specializing in commercial property. Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Otago, completed in 2010.
