Grace Wang

Grace Wang is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in product management and operational support within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager in Business Lending at the Bank of New Zealand since June 2016, Grace has also held roles as SME Programme Manager and SME Performance Manager, where leadership in finance and performance functions has been key to achieving organizational goals. Previous positions include Small Business Customer Experience Analyst, where analytics played a critical role in enhancing customer experience, and Business Performance Analyst, focusing on key performance indicators and management reporting. Prior to banking, Grace contributed as a Small Business Operation Admin at BNZ and as an Account Assistant at MCGRATH INDUSTRIES LIMITED. Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from The University of Auckland.
