J-Ann Samuels is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance transformation and strategic partnerships across various sectors, including banking and healthcare. Currently serving as the Head of Partnering and Head of Corporate Strategy at the Bank of New Zealand, J-Ann previously held key leadership roles at organizations such as Abano Healthcare Group Limited, BDO Unibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey & Company, and Unilever. Noteworthy contributions include leading the development of an interoperable platform at BDO Unibank, managing significant cost savings and digital transformation initiatives at Standard Chartered Bank, and establishing regional analytics teams at Deutsche Bank. J-Ann holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
