Michael Chen

Michael Chen is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Lead System Architect - Pega at the Bank of New Zealand since April 2023. Previously, Michael held positions as a Senior System Architect at Pegasystems and Lead Developer/Practice Lead at ANZ, where responsibilities included providing technical leadership, solutions architecture design, and implementing automation solutions using CI/CD methodologies. With a strong background in cloud integration, data migration, and enterprise software design, Michael has collaborated with various commercial enterprises and engaged in significant project deliveries. Michael's extensive expertise is supported by numerous certifications, including Senior Architect and various Pega Academy specialties, as well as experience in leading teams and coaching members across multiple organizations in diverse technological environments. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business and Information Management from The University of Auckland.
