Michael Valli

Michael Valli is an experienced operations manager and people leader with a diverse background in technology, media, and photography. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Colleague Enablement at the Bank of New Zealand since August 2023, Michael focuses on empowering teams to achieve their best work. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions, including Delivery Director at Silverstripe, where responsibilities included managing client delivery experiences, and People Leader at Bank of New Zealand, fostering team alignment with organizational goals. Previous experience includes leading creative teams at Weta Workshop Ltd, running a photography business specializing in architecture and interiors, and managing telecommunications accounts at Billing Bureau. Michael holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University, obtained in 2021.
