Stuart Avis

Stuart Avis has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Stuart began their career at Bank of England as an Analyst from September 1993 to January 1999. Stuart then joined the Bank of New Zealand, where they held various roles including Senior Associate Corporate Banking and Associate Director Institutional Banking. Stuart later became a Senior Business Manager, overseeing valuable corporate clients and leading a network of specialists. From November 2007 until June 2019, Stuart served as the Director of Corporate Finance, leading complex transactions and managing a team. Currently, they are the Head of Portfolio, Customer and Insights at Bank of New Zealand.

Stuart Avis obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Southampton, where they attended from 1990 to 1993.
