Chooake Wongwattanasilpa has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2014, they joined DBS Bank as a Managing Director, Chief Design Officer, where they played a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of good design and human-centered design methodology in digital banking. Chooake later became the Executive Director and then the Head of User Experience and Design, working to raise the UX maturity at DBS and deliver customer-centric solutions. In 2019, Chooake became an Executive Advisor at BridgeAsia Limited, providing guidance and advice to corporate clients. Chooake also held advisory roles at various organizations, including Bank of Singapore, Anderson Primary School, DesignSingapore Council, Strand6, and HOPE ROSA. Chooake's expertise in design leadership and user experience has made their a valued member of these organizations.

Chooake Wongwattanasilpa holds a Master of Fine Art in Visual Communication from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, which was completed from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Second BA in Graphic Design and Advertising from Columbia College from 1997 to 1999. Their educational background also includes a Bachelor of Art in Visual Communication Arts from Assumption University, which was completed from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, they have also completed certifications such as a 3-day iOS training in Singapore in 2014 and a UX Boot Camp: Canine Companions certification from Cooper in 2013.
