Josephine Lam

Josephine Lam is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resource management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner (Country Lead) at Bank of Singapore since February 2018, Josephine drives the HR agenda for the UK satellite office and is a key member of the UK Branch Management Committee. Prior to this role, Josephine was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cigna Healthcare, where responsibilities included designing a new Sales Incentive Compensation Scheme and advising on talent management. Earlier experience includes positions at MetLife as a Human Resources Manager, at BOCI as an Associate Director, and roles at Mirae Asset Securities and AllianceBernstein. Josephine holds a Master's degree in People Performance and Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
