Shamady Matnin

Shamady Matnin is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director of HR Strategy & Talent Management at Bank of Singapore since July 2019, Shamady oversees early careers programmes, high potential programmes, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Shamady held various senior positions at J.P. Morgan, including Head of Asia Asset & Wealth Management and Corporate Programs Campus Recruitment, where responsibilities encompassed graduate recruiting for multiple programs across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch, OCBC Bank, and Singapore Airlines, focusing on recruitment, talent management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Shamady holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from Singapore Human Resources Institute.
