Sylvain Richer de Forges 彦西文 currently serves as Corporate Strategist and Global Sustainability Lead at Bank of Singapore, where significant achievements include the development of a global sustainability agenda and the establishment of the first Sustainable Investment Guidelines for Private Banks and Wealth Managers. Sylvain previously founded and managed BlueStrike, a global strategy consulting firm specializing in sustainable investments, and has held various roles in sustainability and strategy across multiple organizations including Siloso, Singapore Environment Council, and SGS.
