Antony van Leeuwen

Antony van Leeuwen is currently serving as the Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at BSP Financial Group Limited since October 2025. Previously, Antony held the position of General Manager Divisional Performance at the Bank of New Zealand from February 2016 to October 2025, managing a team of 28 finance professionals and providing strategic financial reporting and support to the executive leadership. Antony also served as Divisional CFO for Partnership Banking at BNZ, overseeing financial operations for a key business unit, and held senior finance roles at Westpac, RBC Capital Markets, Russell Investments, BlueBay Asset Management, and PwC. Antony holds multiple degrees, including a Chartered Banker credential from The Chartered Banker Institute and a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Canterbury.
