Ryan Tikoduadua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Purchasing Officer and Internal Auditor at BSP Financial Group Limited since February 2013, Ryan is responsible for conducting control and compliance testing across various branches and operations in Fiji, focusing on risk identification and the development of mitigating controls aligned with statutory regulations and internal policies. Previously, Ryan gained valuable experience as an External Auditor Intern at EY from August 2007 to October 2010, participating in external audits for diverse businesses, which included planning, testing, and drafting financial statements. Ryan possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Fiji National University and is pursuing a Certified Internal Auditor designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors, expected to be completed in May 2024.
