Austin Fee has gained diverse experience in the financial industry, starting as a Grain Systems Intern at Prairieland FS, Inc. in 2014. Austin later interned at various organizations, including Illinois Corn Marketing Board and Sherwin-Williams, before joining Bank of Springfield in 2015 as a Loan Documentation & Retail Lending Intern. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Sales Representative at Techtronic Industries - TTI. In 2018, they returned to Bank of Springfield as a Credit Analyst and later became an AVP, Assistant Loan Officer. Currently, Austin holds the position of Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at Bank of Springfield, where they manage a substantial loan portfolio, handles business development, and leads the bank's expansion into new markets, notably Kansas City.
Austin Fee completed a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics & Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017. In 2020, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State University. Subsequently, in 2022, they attended the Agricultural Lenders School at the University of Missouri-Columbia in the field of Agricultural Banking. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce and an Illinois Real Estate Broker's License in 2017 and 2023, respectively.
