D. Shane Fee

D. Shane Fee has a vast work experience in the banking industry, starting at the Bank of Springfield in 2004. D. Shane held various roles including Regional Bank President, Vice President, and Business Development Officer/Lending Manager. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Vice President Commercial Lending before becoming the Community Bank President for Quincy, IL & Clayton, MO in 2015. In addition to their banking roles, they briefly owned Rainmaker Enterprises in 2004.

D. Shane Fee completed a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989, followed by a Master's Degree in the same field at the same university in 1991. Prior to this, Fee attended West Pike High School from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Fee obtained a certification as a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor from the American Bankers Association.
