Stephen McMillan

Stephen McMillan has a diverse work experience in IT and education. Stephen started their career as a Bench Technician at Midwest Computer Consultants in 1998. Stephen then moved on to roles such as Network Intern at Springfield Electric Supply Company, Network Technical Assistance Team at Illinois State Board of Education, Help Desk Consultant at University of Illinois at Springfield, and VP, IT Manager / Sr. System Engineer at Bank of Springfield. Stephen also worked as a Clerk / Customer Service Representative at AT&T Mobility. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute and as an Adjunct Online Faculty at Grand Canyon University.

Stephen McMillan completed their Diploma in General Studies at Pleasant Plains in 1999. Stephen then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2012. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as CompTIA Network+ in 2013, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in 2011, and CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner in 2018, among others.
