H Carter Leak, III started their career in banking at American Bank & Trust Co in 1970, where H Carter worked in the area of commercial lending. H Carter later joined Bank of St Francisville in 1978 and has been serving as the Chairman, President & CEO. H Carter obtained their education from Louisiana State University where H Carter graduated in 1970 after attending Broadmoor High School in Baton Rouge.
