Jeffrey A. Reid

Jeffery Reid serves as chief human resources officer at BOK Financial Corporation. In that role, he leads the company’s human resources team in achieving strategic goals including advancing culture, compensation and benefits, and leadership development programs; as well as diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. He is also responsible for corporate security.

Reid joined BOK Financial in 2004, most recently serving as a senior Human Resources business partner. Prior to joining BOK Financial, he worked for professional financial recruiting firms.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and is a certified change practitioner.

After chairing and serving on the board of Clarehouse, Reid currently serves on the operations committee for Clarehouse which provides a loving home and quality end-of-life care to people in need.
