Mark Wade

As Chief Executive Officer for Bank of Texas Mark Wade is responsible for all of the company’s markets in Texas. He also leads the commercial banking line of business, commercial finance division and BOKF equipment finance, all of which are national lines of business.

Since joining the company in 2001 Wade has led several divisions, including the Dallas corporate banking group; healthcare for all of Texas; and commercial banking, commercial finance and equipment leasing across the footprint. He served as president and COO of Bank of Texas from 2008 through 2019 when he assumed responsibilities for the BOK Financial Commercial Banking line of business.

A native Houstonian, Wade received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas. He is currently on the board of North Texas CEO’s Against Cancer, an American Cancer Society organization, and previously on the board of Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas and Adult Literacy of Texas.
