Dustin Bruland

Dustin Bruland is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in retail banking and operational management. Currently serving as the SVP Director of Retail Banking at Bank of the Pacific since May 2012, Dustin oversees the Retail Division, Customer Care Center, Retail Operations, and Facilities. Previous roles include SVP Regional Retail Manager and VP Regional Retail Manager, with additional responsibilities in the Northern region and call center operations. Dustin has contributed to community initiatives as a Board Member for NeighborWorks of Grays Harbor County, focusing on affordable housing solutions. Earlier career experiences include positions at Banner Bank and Horizon Bank, where Dustin held various management roles. Dustin's educational credentials include an Executive Leadership degree from the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado, along with honors from previous banking programs and leadership development initiatives.
