Ermina Karim

Ermina Karim is the current Director at Bank of the Sierra. Ermina has held various positions at different companies throughout their career.

Karim started their career as a Business Reporter at The Tribune from January 2006 to November 2007. Ermina then worked as a Vice President at Credit Suisse from November 2000 to March 2004. After that, they took some time off and went on Sabbatical from July 2018 to November 2020.

Karim then became President/CEO of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce from July 2011 to June 2018. After that, they became VP of Governmental Affairs & Economic Development at the SLO Chamber of Commerce from November 2007 to July 2011.

Most recently, Karim has been working as the Director at Bank of the Sierra since July 2018.

Ermina Karim has a B.S. in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern University.
