Kevin J. McPhaill is the current President & CEO at Bank of the Sierra. Kevin was previously the Branch Manager at Kings River State Bank from 1995-2000 and Loan Officer at Visalia Community Bank from 1990-1995.

Kevin J. McPhaill graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU with a diploma in banking. Kevin then earned their MBA in business administration from California State University, Fresno. Finally, they completed their BA in management from Fresno Pacific University.
