Fidel Rodolfo Covis is a seasoned technology specialist with extensive experience in various roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Specialist at Banco de Venezuela since February 2016, Fidel has demonstrated expertise in Mainframe systems management, information security, and code testing. Previous positions include web programming and support roles at multiple organizations, including the Contraloría Municipal and Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Cultura.
