Carissa Rogers

Carissa Rogers is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management and Operations at Bank OZK since May 2024, Carissa previously held the position of Credit Development Program Manager, VP at Origin Bank from January 2023 to May 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President & Portfolio Manager, as well as Credit Analyst Training Program Supervisor and Credit Analyst at Cadence Bank from July 2020 to January 2023. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master's degree in Financial Management, both from Texas A&M University.
