Cathy Bethune

Cathy Bethune is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in community development, commercial lending, and small business banking. Currently serving as the Community Development Manager (VP) at Bank OZK since November 2015, Cathy focuses on fostering partnerships within low- and moderate-income communities in Georgia. Previous roles include VP Commercial Banker and VP Small Business Banker/Developer at the same institution, as well as a Vice President and Retail Branch Manager, where Cathy was instrumental in small business development and client relationship management. Prior to Bank OZK, Cathy held leadership positions at Regions Financial Corporation and Hibernia National Bank, contributing to branch profitability and client development throughout a career that spans over three decades. Cathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Graduate Human Resources Management Certificate.
