James Fulford is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in residential construction lending and banking. Currently serving as SVP of Residential Construction Lending at Bank OZK since October 2016, James has a proven track record in financial management, having previously held the position of CFO at Carroll County Schools, where responsibilities included overseeing a budget exceeding $110 million. Prior roles include Vice President at both Metro Bank-Carrollton and Community & Southern Bank, where James excelled in underwriting large loan requests and growing market areas significantly. James's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the Owner/Sales and Operations Manager of Brothers Installed Sales, Inc., where the company grew by 200% over four years. James holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of West Georgia, alongside certifications from the Georgia Banking School and West Georgia Technical College.
