Lauren Edrington

Lauren Edrington currently serves as SVP of Customer Care Support at Bank OZK, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over 14 years at Arkansas Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included leading the establishment of a new LLC and managing the Independent Insurance Agency model, as well as holding various positions such as Vice President of the Contact Center and Benefits Director. Earlier experience includes a role at Centennial Bank as a Customer Service Representative. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arkansas State University and an Associate of Arts from Arkansas State University-Beebe.
