Mark Simoes

Mark Simoes is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Executive Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking & Sponsor Finance at Bank OZK since March 2024. Prior to this role, Simoes held various leadership positions at Cadence Bank from October 2019 to March 2024, including EVP and Head of Large Corporate Banking, as well as Head of Upper Middle Market and Sponsor Finance during the BancorpSouth merger. Simoes also has a background in corporate banking from BB&T Capital Markets and Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included senior relationship management and coverage of middle market and corporate clients. Simoes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University between 1998 and 2002.
