Matt Pickel

Matt Pickel, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Credit & Structuring at Bank OZK since May 2015, where Matt has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior to Bank OZK, Matt Pickel worked as a Senior Valuation Consultant at Bickel & Brewer and gained experience in asset management and lending at Buffington Capital Holdings and Washington Mutual. Matt Pickel holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute and an MBA in Investment Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, along with a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
