Moni Collins

Moni Collins is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and a strong background in financial management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director of the Natural Resources Group at Bank OZK since June 2025, Moni also holds the position of Board Member and Treasurer at Victory For Veterans, Inc. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President at First Horizon Bank, managing an $800 million portfolio, and serving as Vice President/Energy Underwriting Team Lead at Texas Capital Bank. Moni's earlier career involved managerial and analytical positions at Grant Thornton LLP, the US Department of Transportation, and Bank One, complemented by an MBA from Rice Business and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
