Neil Ridgley

Neil Ridgley currently serves as the Market President for Commercial Banking at Bank OZK in Houston, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Neil was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase from May 2013 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of nine Business Relationship Managers focused on enhancing customer experience and achieving sales growth. Neil’s past positions include Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at Sterling Bank, VP of Business Banking at Regions Bank, and a business banker at JPMorgan from 2001 to 2006, as well as a brief tenure at American Express Financial Advisors. Neil holds a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University, achieved between 2002 and 2004, and graduated from Greenville High School in 1996.
