Patrick Russell

Patrick Russell is an accomplished professional in affordable housing and real estate development with extensive experience in originating multifamily construction loans, managing public-private partnerships, and overseeing housing finance programs. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Affordable Housing Relationship Manager at Bank OZK since March 2023, Patrick previously held key roles with the City of Austin, including Real Estate Development Manager and Housing Development Manager. Additional experience encompasses a policy research position at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and strategic advisory roles in educational services. Patrick holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside degrees in Literature and Environment from the University of Nevada, Reno, and Philosophy and English from the University of Central Arkansas.
