Raul Guerra is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and leadership roles. Currently serving as EVP Market Executive at Bank OZK since October 2025, Raul previously held the position of SVP/Market President at First Commercial Bank, N.A. from February 2024 to October 2025. Raul's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Commercial Lending at First United Bank, 1st Vice President/Commercial Lender at Lone Star National Bank, and Commercial Vice President/Market Leader at BB&T, now Truist.
