Rodney Caldwell

Rodney Caldwell is an experienced professional in product management and development within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management - Deposits at Bank OZK since July 2020, Rodney established the first product management organization for the bank, collaborating with operations, retail, and marketing teams to redefine roles and responsibilities. Prior to this, Rodney held the position of Director of Product Development and Management at Simmons Bank, overseeing product strategies and analytics for various banking products. Rodney also gained significant expertise at Windstream, first as Director of Product Development, focusing on new product offerings, and later as Director of Product Management for broadband services. Additionally, Rodney worked as Product Manager for Broadband at Birch Communications and as Product Development Manager at CenturyTel, where responsibilities included product research and marketing strategies. Rodney holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northeast Louisiana University.
