Shawn Robertson

Shawn Robertson has extensive experience in banking technology and systems management, currently serving as EVP and Director of Banking Systems at Bank OZK since February 2016. In this role, Shawn collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement the technology strategy for the bank, overseeing the Enterprise Data Services team responsible for SQL and IBM DB2 environments, ETL development, and data visualization using Microsoft Power BI. Previous positions at Bank OZK include SVP and Deputy Director of Banking Systems, where Shawn contributed to enhancing the digital banking experience and managing critical application migrations, as well as other roles focused on core banking platform management and Fiserv Premier applications. Prior to Bank OZK, Shawn worked at JD Bank in various IT positions, starting as a Bank Teller and advancing to Information Technology Support Specialist, where responsibilities included implementing and supporting banking software and managing systems. Shawn holds a high school diploma from Westlake High School and completed studies at SOWELA Technical Community College.
