Karolina Laskowska is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as an Expert in various departments at Bank Pekao S.A. since February 2008, focusing on customer experience research, innovation and payment solutions, and electronic banking. Prior to this role, Karolina was a Public Relations Specialist at Bank BPH from May 2004 to January 2008 and worked as an assistant translator across multiple organizations, including Metro AG and Bank Austria Creditanstalt, from 1998 to 2004. Karolina holds multiple postgraduate degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Online Marketing, Marketing & Management, and has also completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations at the University of Warsaw, where a Master's degree in German Philology was obtained.
