Patrycja Rabiega

Patrycja Rabiega has a strong background in HR, with over 20 years of experience. Patrycja began their career as an Assistant at FPL HR Agency in 1998 and worked there until 2002. In 2003, they joined Bank Pekao SA as an HR Specialist and later progressed to the role of HR Expert. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an HR Business Partner for Retail and Private Banking, and from 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Operating Director/ HR Business Partner for Warsaw Retail Banking. Since 2015, Patrycja has been working as the HR Director/ Senior HR Business Partner at Bank Pekao S.A.

Patrycja Rabiega completed their Master degree in Economics from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Patrycja also pursued Post Graduate Studies in the HR area from the same university in 2004-2005. Additionally, Patrycja Rabiega obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warsaw.
