Paulina Kałużna

Paulina Kazmierczuk is an experienced professional in agile methodologies and product development, currently serving as the Lider Centrum Kompetencji Metodyk Zwinnych and Agile Coach at Santander Bank Polska since November 2022. Prior to this role, Paulina worked at PKO Bank Polski from June 2018 to November 2022 as a senior specialist in agile methodologies and young client products. Paulina's background includes a position as Corporate Relationship Manager at Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A. from August 2016 to June 2018 and as Manager of Business Trainers at Idea Bank (part of the Getin Holding S.A. group) from March 2014 to September 2016. Paulina's academic experience includes teaching at the Akademia Obrony Narodowej from September 2012 to June 2015.
