Dila Dama Atprinka

Dila Dama Atprinka currently serves as the Department Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since May 2021, previously holding the position of Head of Employment Governance in the HC Strategy & Policy Division. Prior experience includes serving as Group Head of Human Resources at PT. BRI Multifinance Indonesia from November 2018 to April 2021, and several roles at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from February 2010 to October 2018, including Human Capital Planning Performance and Career, and Assessment Center and People Development Expert. Dila holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Magister Profesi Psikologi from Universitas Gadjah Mada, alongside secondary education at SMA Taruna Nusantara from 1999 to 2002.
