Irma Yanti is a skilled Human Resource Recruitment Staff at Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan & Petrokimia, overseeing the recruitment process and coordinating business travel. Additionally, Irma has experience as a Consumer Lending Sales & Development Intern at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, where analytical skills were applied to improve digital banking products.
