Melia Pramadhona Zulkarnain

Melia Pramadhona Zulkarnain is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Currently serving as Human Capital Transformation Project Manager and Assistant Vice President in the HC Strategy and Synergy division since November 2022, Melia is responsible for aligning corporate and human capital strategies with business needs across subsidiaries. Previously, from July 2018 to December 2021, Melia held the position of Assistant Vice President in the Human Capital Planning and Development Team, acting as the Head of the department. Melia's career at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia began in 2006, encompassing various roles including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Officer, with responsibilities ranging from HR planning to policy review. Melia holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
