Kamala Ahadova has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the IFRS Department and Head of the IFRS Division at Bank Respublika since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kamala spent 16 years at Auto Azerbaijan, where responsibilities included ERP Project Manager, Deputy Finance Director, and Deputy Chief Accountant. Key contributions involved improving operational systems, analyzing financial reports, and managing ERP systems to ensure data integrity. Kamala holds a PhD in Accounting and Audit, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in State Regulation of the Economy from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
