Richa Fitria is an experienced IT Project Manager and UI/UX Designer at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, where responsibilities include planning and managing projects related to systems, including the Incentive System, since December 2018. Prior to this, Richa served as Assistant Coordinator for the Sahabat Management Development Program at the Laboratorium of Physics ITB from July 2016 to January 2017. Richa holds a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2018.
