Sandeep Kaler

Sandeep Kaler has been working in the IT industry for over 14 years. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CTO of Banksathi, where their responsibilities included handling various tasks. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Crazzle Plus as a Project Manager and Technical Lead, where their responsibilities included managing senior software developers, senior designers, and their teams. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Dotsquares as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, where their responsibilities included providing technical guidance to the team. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at W3technosoft as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, where their responsibilities included creating and participating in software planning and estimating, and status monitoring and reporting. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at QBit Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, where their responsibilities included writing, editing, and debugging new programs for assigned projects. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Thoughts In Reality as a Software Engineer, where their responsibilities included developing code as per the requirements and taking full understanding of the project from the seniors.

Sandeep Kaler obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology in Alwar between 2002 and 2006.
