Shifa Dian Nindita

Shifa Dian Nindita is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, currently serving as the People and Culture Assistant Manager at Bank SBI Indonesia since December 2022. Previously, Shifa held the position of Culture Specialist at Pancaran Group, where responsibilities included developing training modules and managing training processes. Shifa's career also features roles as a Recruitment and Training Officer at PT Super Sukses Motor and HR Personal Administration and Training Development Officer at Citramasjaya Teknikmandiri, PT. Additionally, Shifa contributed to public relations and event management in the beauty industry while working at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Shifa holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia, completed in 2018.
