Richard Lee Lawrence is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system support and customer service. Currently serving as IT System Support at Bank Shinhan Indonesia since October 2018, Richard is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and networks. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of NOC Helpdesk Supervisor at PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, where management of team schedules and customer complaint resolutions were key responsibilities. Richard's extensive experience includes roles at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, focusing on incident management, product performance monitoring, and customer experience analysis. Richard began a career in customer service at PT VADS Indonesia, providing support for PT. XL Axiata, Tbk. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Budi Luhur University.
