Jay Chakrapani

Jay Chakrapani is the current Trustee at Bank Street College of Education. Jay has also served as the SVP of Technology for Bootcamps at 2U, Chief Technology Officer at Trilogy Education, and Chief Digital Officer at Barnes and Noble Education. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Mentored and President of CK-12 Foundation. Jay started their career as the General Manager of Digital for McGraw-Hill Higher Education.

Jay Chakrapani studied electrical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jay then attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they completed an executive leadership program. Finally, they studied computer science at Oregon Health & Science University.
