Kelsey O'Brien Rodriguez

Kelsey O'Brien Rodriguez is an experienced development professional with a strong background in fundraising, event planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Children's Programs at Bank Street College of Education since September 2025, Kelsey previously held various leadership roles at The Hewitt School from November 2014 to September 2025, culminating as the Director of Annual Giving. In this capacity, Kelsey managed a $1.6 million Annual Fund, successfully redesigned annual strategies, and supervised a team focused on donor engagement and diversity initiatives. Kelsey also has extensive experience orchestrating large-scale events, having produced over 20 fundraising and parent events annually at The Hewitt School, and held earlier positions at Purchase College and the University at Albany, contributing to recruitment and development initiatives. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Higher Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University at Albany.
