Alfira Adibah Putri currently serves as a Retail Banking Analyst in the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Group at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., where responsibilities include analyzing business performance across various divisions within the Retail Banking Directorate and creating strategic reports to identify funding trends. Previously, Alfira participated in a trainee program as a SME Relationship Manager, collaborating with the risks team to develop consumer proposals and facilitating project signings. Prior experience includes roles at Shopee as a Business Development Manager, where key relationships with over 30 FMCG brands were managed, and internships at Titippaket, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, and PT Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah, each contributing to a strong foundation in business analysis and compliance. Alfira holds a Bachelor of Economics in Management/Islamic Business from the University of Indonesia.
