Diaz Hartadi

Diaz Hartadi is currently the VP and Strategic Plan & Performance Management Group Head at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Since November 2004, Diaz has held various positions at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., culminating as Department Head (VP) responsible for ensuring the Commercial Banking segment meets its financial and non-financial targets. Previous roles include Regional CFO for the Sumatera 2 Region and Business Banking (SME) Manager, overseeing teams to acquire SME business. Diaz began a career at Samsung Electronics as an Engineer, focusing on production line development and defect reduction. Diaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Diponegoro University and completed an executive program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2018.
