Elsa Meutia

Elsa Meutia is currently the Talent Development Team Leader at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia since November 2023, previously serving as the Growth Model & Career Policy Team Leader at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. from February 2021. From September 2012 to January 2021, Elsa held multiple roles at PT. Bank BNI Syariah, including Organization Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning analysis and performance management, and HR Strategy & Policy Manager, focusing on HR strategy and development. Earlier experience includes positions as an Organization Development & HR Policy Officer and HR Planning & Recruitment Analyst at the same institution. Elsa began a career as a Consultant at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan Universitas Indonesia, managing assessment programs, and also worked as a Freelance Researcher for Creative Indigo Production. Elsa holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
